Maclane is the executive vice president of Trove, Inc., bringing to the organization his strengths in strategic leadership, client engagement, writing, coaching, and speaking. Maclane has a corporate coach credential from the Center for Coaching Certification, a master’s degree from Trinity Seminary, and continues his education in management and leadership. Maclane has coached in the Public Relations industry with emerging leaders and connects well with both young leaders and seasoned professionals. Maclane’s leadership has shown that he values organizational growth and the systems that ensure it. He helps to motivate people and guide them toward fulfilling their purpose.
