Life is a journey full of opportunities. Each new day there are choices to obey God and His will, or to obey ourselves and our will.
When we obey ourselves and trust in our will, we often find our way to chaos and our journey can lead us toward evil.
When we obey God and His will, our journey avoids evil as God leads us to Himself. As we follow Him, we are rightly positioned for hope and for peace.
When God promises that obedience to Him will keep us from evil, He does not mean that our journey won’t have struggles. We will still experience times of pain, hurt, and grief. His promise is to keep us from evil. Following God might lead to trials, but it will never lead to evil.
Trust God and follow Him. Stay close and enjoy the journey!
