There is great comfort in our hearts when we know that someone who loves us is attentive to our needs. Conversely, there is great loneliness when those who declare they love us, but don’t hear us and are not attentive to our needs.
As followers of Jesus, we are able to have full access to the ear of the Lord. And one of the beautiful aspects of His character is that He hears and He is attentive to our prayers. When we cry out to Him for help, He hears us.
When we call to Him for forgiveness, He hears us.
When we sing to Him in worship, He hears us.
Celebrate the Lord today because He hears the sound of your pleading. And as He hears you, He heals and forgives. Blessed be the Lord today.
