Joy is a choice.
When we begin to mature spiritually, we stop allowing the external chaos around us to steal from us our joy. Our joy cannot be sourced from the external things in our life, our joy is found only in the Lord.
I am choosing joy today.
When my heart is heavy and my grief and pain feel overwhelming, I can choose to walk out in joy.
God is good and this is the day that He has made. I will choose joy and live in the abundance He has promised.
